A company built around creative planning, fountain design, show elements and production, where leadership consulting, interim roles and international trade are also combined.
Experienced professional in creative show and event production
I’m Harri Carlson. I work in creative show and event production, combining over 20 years of experience in show technology, special effects and live events with project management as well as commercial and operational development.
For me, creative thinking and production realities are never separate. In projects, I often work as a bridge between vision, technology and execution — making sure ideas move beyond concepts and function in real-world conditions, on schedule and in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
How I can be involved in your project:
- designing and programming water shows or other visually striking show and event concepts
- leading production and project management when a project involves many moving parts, partners and tight schedules
- sparring with producers, leadership teams or creative teams where artistic ambition meets business and decision-making
- working in a project-based interim role or as support in international trade, sourcing and procurement matters
How I came to combine show business and leadership
Creativity, show technology and leadership have gone hand in hand throughout my career. I started in pyrotechnics and gradually moved into roles with increasing responsibility, combining visual design, safety management, international logistics and overall business leadership.
Over the years, I led projects, marketing and eventually the entire operational side of a major show production company. Through this work, I learned how creative ideas are translated into technically demanding productions — and how complex show environments can be turned into controlled, safe and well-functioning processes.
Today, I develop HC Productions around this combination of creative thinking, technical expertise and strategic execution. I work on projects that require both vision and practical delivery — with the goal of creating experiences that resonate, function reliably and leave a lasting impression.

• Chief Operating Officer (COO) – responsibility for the entire company's operational activities 2021 - 2025
• Marketing Director - responsibility for branding, communication and sales support 2018 - 2021
• Development Director - developed internal processes and new business models 2016 - 2018
I also worked in various specialist roles over the years:
