This service is for situations where an event or production requires an experienced professional — but not a full-time resource. I work as a project-based lead and coordinator for cities, event organisers and organisations.
I can take ownership of the full production or critical parts of it, supporting teams that don’t have the need or capacity for a full-time project manager. My role is to ensure schedules, responsibilities, safety and collaboration run smoothly through each phase of the project.
